1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by the European Division of the “Scientific Publications” group of companies (hereinafter – the Company) to users of the website spubl-kz.com (hereinafter – the Client). By using the website and placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and fully accepted these terms.
The Company provides scientific consulting services, including preparation, editing, translation, publication support, and other consulting services aimed at assisting researchers.
2. Procedure for the Provision of Services
- Services are provided based on the Client’s request and a concluded agreement (public or individual).
- After agreeing on the terms of cooperation, the Client receives an invoice for payment.
- The time frame for service delivery depends on the nature, complexity, and scope of the work. Specific deadlines are defined in the contract or individual offer.
- All services are provided remotely using electronic communication channels (email, messengers, etc.).
- The Company guarantees compliance with the principles of academic ethics, confidentiality, and quality of performance.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- The cost of services is determined individually, depending on the selected package and the amount of work.
- Payment is made based on the issued invoice using one of the available methods:
- by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through the WayForPay payment system;
- by bank transfer to the Company’s account;
- by other methods agreed upon with the Company’s manager.
- Payment is considered completed once it has been credited to the Company’s account.
- All payments are made in national or foreign currency depending on the Client’s country and contract terms.
4. Refund Policy
- The Client has the right to a refund if the Company has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
- Refunds are processed within up to 14 calendar days from the date of approval.
- In case of partial completion of services, refunds are made proportionally to the unfulfilled portion of the work.
5. Responsibilities of the Parties
- The Company is responsible for proper performance of its obligations under the signed agreement.
- The Client agrees to provide accurate information, make timely payments, and cooperate during service delivery.
- The Company is not liable for a journal’s refusal to publish an article if it does not meet the publication’s requirements or editorial board decision.
6. Confidentiality
The Company guarantees full confidentiality of information provided by the Client during cooperation and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (technological disasters, military actions, payment system failures, etc.).
